Using TBD Builders, we replaced an old backyard deck with a new 3-season room. The project was complicated by the discovery of water damage to a section of the existing exterior wall. Wayne, TBD’s owner, was able to quickly repair the damage and proceed with the project. At the start, Wayne produced drawings that visualized the proposed addition and then updated them to incorporate our comments. The work was well done and, as noted in an earlier comment, showed an attention to detail and quality. Wayne was happy to explain any details of the work as the job progressed. Several subcontractors were used on the job including electrical, insulation and siding. All subcontractors completed their work properly and on-time. We are pleased with the result and expect to have many years of enjoyment from our new room. I highly recommend TBD Builders for anyone looking for a reliable contractor
